Before conducting any tests, please ensure that the Softphone app has been given access to the microphone. If video has been enabled, the Softphone will require permission for the camera as well.
Audio and video can be tested by going into the Testing tab on the Preferences window which is accessible from the main menu.
Once the microphone and speaker have been confirmed as working successfully, a green tick will be displayed.
Pressing play on the button by Selected Camera will bring up a window showing the current camera feed.
