How It Works
Three steps to your own branded softphone. Apple and Google Play developer accounts are required. Free 14-day trial included.
- Configure Your PBX Settings
- Enter your SIP server details, voicemail number, STUN servers, codec preferences, dial plan rules, and help links — all from our secure cloud portal.
- Upload Your Branding
- Design your branded softphone: upload your app icon, splash screen, in-call screen, and about screen graphics. Set your brand colors and custom text.
- Build & Deploy
- Trigger a build from the portal. We compile your branded app binaries for iOS and Android, ready for submission to the App Store and Google Play.

Build Servers Included
Update your branding assets, change feature settings, and rebuild your apps as often as you need — all from our cloud portal. No developer tools required on your end.

App Store Submission Assistance
We guide you through the Apple App Store and Google Play submission process to get your branded app approved. You provide the metadata — screenshots, descriptions, and keywords — and we handle the technical build requirements. Windows and Mac desktop apps can be hosted on your own servers without app store submission.

White-label softphone — common questions
- How do I launch my own branded SIP softphone in the Apple App Store and Google Play?
We build the iOS and Android binaries against your brand pack and submit them under your own Apple Developer and Google Play accounts, so your customers download your app — not ours. You provide the bundle ID, dev-account credentials, and brand assets; we handle the build, store submission, and review responses.
- What's the typical timeline to go from project start to a live white-label softphone in the app stores?
Most white-label launches run through brand sign-off, the iOS and Android build, internal QA, then Apple App Store and Google Play review. Real timelines depend mostly on how quickly brand assets are finalised and how busy the stores are with reviews — contact us for a project estimate against your specific launch date.
- What can I customise in a white-label SIP softphone — logo, colours, app name, screens?
Your app name, app icon, splash screen, in-app logo, primary and accent colours, screenshots, and the App Store / Google Play metadata are all under your control. The underlying SIP, push, provisioning, messaging, and call-recording engines stay the same as the standard SessionTalk app, so your white-label app inherits the full feature set without you having to maintain it.
- Can my customers see their own branding inside my white-label softphone (multi-tenant)?
Yes. Each customer can be onboarded as a tenant inside your SessionCloud portal with their own logo and their own provisioning QR codes, and end users of each tenant see their own logo and product name when they sign in to your white-label app. So you can sell into multiple customers under one branded mobile app without spinning up a separate build for each.
- Who owns the App Store reviews and ratings of my branded softphone?
You do. Ratings, reviews, store analytics, and the customer relationship all live under your store listings, because the app is published from your Apple Developer and Google Play accounts. SessionTalk never appears on the customer-facing surface.
- What happens to my white-label app when Apple or Google releases a major OS update?
OS-compatibility patches, SIP-stack updates, and SDK upgrades are rolled into the white-label subscription, so you don't carry the engineering burden of tracking Apple and Google platform changes yourself. You approve each release before we submit it to the stores, so you stay in control of the release cadence.
- Can I also get a white-label desktop softphone for Windows, not just mobile?
Yes. The white-label desktop tier ships a Windows build alongside iOS and Android, so your customers get a single brand across mobile and Windows desktop with the same provisioning, messaging, and call features. A macOS white-label build is offered on request — talk to us if a Mac client is part of your launch plan.
- Should I build a SIP softphone from scratch or use a white-label SIP softphone?
Building in-house typically means hiring iOS, Android, desktop, and SIP engineers, then committing to long-term maintenance for OS upgrades, push infrastructure, store submissions, and security patches — realistically a multi-year engineering programme. A white-label SIP softphone removes that engineering load while keeping your brand on the customer-facing surface; see the pricing page for the available tiers.
