- What PBX systems does SessionCloud work with?
- SessionCloud works with any SIP-based PBX or hosted platform, including Asterisk, FreePBX, FusionPBX, 3CX, FreeSWITCH, Kamailio, OpenSIPS, BroadSoft, Metaswitch, PortaOne, VitalPBX, Yeastar, and more. If it speaks SIP, we support it.
- What audio and video codecs are supported?
- Audio: OPUS, G.729, G.711 (A-law and u-law), and GSM. Video: H.264, VP8, and VP9. You can configure different codec sets for WiFi and mobile networks to optimize quality and bandwidth.
- How does encryption work?
- All signaling can be encrypted with TLS, and all media with SRTP. File transfers use end-to-end encryption with per-message keys. Certificate verification is configurable. Credentials are stored encrypted on-device.
- Do you support multi-tenant deployments?
